Saylorsburg, PA - The Saylor's Home

I lived in this haunted house for awhile. Quite an experience...

I scanned this in a long time ago and no longer have access to the print. I did little restoration on it. Note the long exposure, shown in the movement of the trees.


This house was the home of the family for which Saylorsburg is named. Residents in the area since the revolution, they were the primary family of affluence and influence for decades. This home dates sometime around the Civil War, I think. If anyone has any history relating to the house or people in the photo please let me know!
