Closure - one of the Gestalt Principles.
Closure happens when an image is incomplete. When a partial image is seen people perceive the whole by filling in the missing information on their own.
Panorama stitched from 5 shots handheld using Olympus OM-D E-M5 and 12-50mm kit lens. Combined in Elements 9, and slightly edited. I think it's time for flickr to have a real panoramic viewer so we can share panoramas better.
